Messaging Advisory welcomes new partners in response to accelerated business messaging demand in North America

August 26th 2025 – San Francisco, CA — Messaging Advisory, the consultancy dedicated to helping enterprises adopt AI across modern messaging channels, today announced the appointment of James Brown and David Fernandez Vinuales as Senior Partners, effective immediately.

Founded in January 2023 by Louis Moynihan, former Meta product leader for WhatsApp, Messaging Advisory was established to help enterprises deploy AI-driven customer engagement over modern messaging channels. In late 2024, Moynihan partnered with a select group of industry experts to develop tailored enterprise solutions fueling the already rapid resurgence of both Google’s Rich Communication Services (RCS) and Apple Messages for Business (AMB).
This collaboration produced some of the first RCS brand deployments in North America and, in parallel, supported a series of AMB projects poised to redefine how brands view messaging as a core pillar of their customer engagement strategy. With this momentum, Messaging Advisory now formally welcomes additional expertise into the firm:
James Brown — A leading Apple Messages for Business strategist, Brown brings deep experience from his tenure managing Apple MSP (Messaging Service Provider) relationships at LivePerson and Infobip, where he oversaw some of the highest-volume deployments in North America. As Senior Partner, he will lead all revenue-generating initiatives.
David Fernandez Vinuales — An authority on RCS deployments, Fernandez brings decades of experience in messaging, telecom, and conversational AI, having held roles at Google, Meta, and multiple startups and most recently driving Google’s global RCS go-to-market strategy and shaping flagship features such as Wallet integration. At Messaging Advisory, he will lead Product and Conversational Design Strategy.
Louis Moynihan — Continuing as the firm’s WhatsApp expert and head of operations, Moynihan ensures Messaging Advisory remains a trusted advisor for brands navigating AI in business messaging.
